We have had the pleasure of hiring Chef Steven for his services to support several occasions, ranging from weekend home and cottage catering, to our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. Steven has impressed us every time with his creativity, the warm ambiance that he establishes for all guests, and of course the wide variety of delicious foods that he provides! No matter what you and your guest’s food preferences and/or dietary requirements are, you can be assured to enjoy the collaborative menu that he puts together with you, as well as the fantastic flavours across all the menu courses – including some fun and exciting dishes that he will surprise you with if given the opportunity to do so. We are definitely pulling Chef Steven back in to enhance our future upcoming catering events and can’t wait for our next fun experience with him at the helm!
